This project involved transforming a vacant tenant space into a fully functional new home for Chesterfield Family Dentistry. Our team collaborated closely with the dentist and dental equipment providers throughout planning and design to develop an efficient floor plan, coordinate operatory layouts, and ensure proper integration of technology, utilities, and support spaces.
The renovation included reorganizing patient flow, improving staff work zones, and accommodating current dental equipment standards while providing flexibility for future growth. The completed space delivers a modern, compliant, and ready-to-operate dental office tailored to the practice’s long-term goals.
